EMPLOYEE RESTROOM *

The restroom for employees and vendors is on the lower level near the service entrance. Employees and vendors are not to use the public restrooms on the main (upper) floor. The employee restroom has a shower and is stocked with soap, shampoo, towels, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and mouthwash.

TOBACCO & VAPING POLICY *

Roosevelt Library and it's company vehicles are designated as tobacco-free areas. The use of tobacco and vaping devices is prohibited at all times an all places, indoors or outdoors, including entryways, the parking lot, and in company vehicles. There are no designated smoking areas, since no level of tobacco use is considered to be safe.

BACKGROUND CHECK CONSENT *

An employment background check can include, but is not limited to, credit history, motor vehicle reports (MVRs), criminal record, and use of social media, and drug screening.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT *

Vendor agrees that all information communicated to him/her concerning the work conducted by or for Roosevelt Library is confidential. Vendor agrees to sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to entering the building.

Roosevelt Library may retain, destroy, or dispose of any property left on the Property after 24 hours after the end of the event.
