RL Kitchen


San Antonio’s Premiere Chef’s Kitchen.

The RL kitchen can seat up to eight guests.

The RL Kitchen includes a member of the RL staff to assist with dishwashing and a host to give you an introduction to the kitchen. Pantry staples are included: extra virgin olive oil, canola oil, Kosher salt, fine sea salt, whole and ground black pepper, unsalted butter, half and half, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, honey, basmati rice, ketchup, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, capers, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, rice vinegar, white sugar, condensed chicken and beef stock, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cream of tartar, cocoa powder (unsweetened), bread flour, all purpose flour, Aqua Panna bottled water, and a selection of dried herbs.

The kitchen is equipped with a La Cornue Chateau 180 stove with two large burners, two smaller burners, a large French plaque, a grill, and a teppanyaki griddle. Also available is a large assortment of pots and pans including large, medium, and two small non-stick aluminum sauté pans, double boilers, a Dutch oven, All Clad roasting pans, an All-Clad 12 quart pot with perforated insert and steamer basket, colanders, mixing bowls, wood and plastic cutting boards, half size sheet pans, a selection of knives, a mandolin, a spiralizer, an apple peeler/corer, a China cap, a meat tenderizer, four Meater temperature probes, many types of cooking utensils such as whisks and spatulas. Small appliances include a Cuisinart food processor, large KitchenAid mixer, FoodSaver vacuseal, Panini press, electric griddle, deep fryer, microwave, toaster oven, blender, commercial meat slicer, and a Hatco infrared heater. The kitchen has three sinks: a hand wash sink, a chef’s sink, and a scullery (dishwashing) sink. The kitchen has a Sonos speaker so you can play your favorite music.

You and your guests may dine in the kitchen on stools at the large butcher block island. Plates, cutlery, cloth napkins, and Riedel stemware are included.
