Reservations do not need to be made to attend the cocktail from 6:00PM to 7:30PM.
GUARANTEED TABLE RESERVATIONS
Guaranteed Table Reservations allow members to reserve a specific table for an upcoming Member Reception, up to twelve days prior to the event. Registration is still required to provide guest names and entrée selections. Please note that all guaranteed reservations are non-refundable.

DRESS CODE POLICY: Men are required to wear a jacket (sport coat, blazer, or suit coat) and open toed shoes and hats are not allowed. Ties for men are optional. Athletic shoes, shorts, and denim are not allowed for men or women.
CELL PHONE / SMART WATCH / SCREEN POLICY: Phones, smart watches, and screens of any type are not allowed at the Member Receptions. Phone calls, texting, emailing, searching for information on the internet is not allowed.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY: Photography, videography, and recordings of any type are not permitted.
HANDBAG POLICY: Handbags are not to be placed on the dining tables. Handbag hooks are available at the host stand.
PARKING AT THE ROOSEVELT LIBRARY
The Roosevelt Library has about 50 complimentary self-parking spaces available to guests. Street parking is also available. Vehicles should not be left in the Roosevelt Library parking lot overnight. An SAPD officer will be monitoring the parking lot throughout the event. The Roosevelt Library will not be liable for theft or damages to vehicles or the contents of vehicles.
