Includes a 75-minute guided sensory masterclass led by Veronique (Cecilia) Barretto, WSET Level 4, featuring structured aroma training with the complete Le Nez du Vin 66 Aromas Collection and curated wine tasting throughout the session.
The evening continues with a seated, multi-course dinner thoughtfully designed to complement the study of aroma and structure. The menu includes a composed first course, wild mushroom velouté, herb-roasted lamb loin (or halibut alternative), and a curated cheese course paired with Bordeaux Amberwine, with select wines served alongside.
